Your essential documents should always be easily accessible in your suitcase to be shown upon arrival at the hospital.

Here is the list:

• the health insurance card
• Social security card (+ certificate)
• the family record book
• the blood group card
• the maternity booklet
• Your documents of content analysis
• the last ultrasound

For you:

Feeling good on that day is more than important! So, for delivery room, bring a small bag with a few things that you will be happy to find on the spot to relax and make you feel comfortable:

• A nightie or large t-shirt
• A playlist of your favorite music to relax
• A pair of warm socks
• Your glasses (if you wear contact lenses ;))
• A few coins for the vending machine

For baby:

No jealousy! In the delivery room, you will also take your baby's little bag with their very first outfit chosen with the greatest attention and not without emotion!
